Cancellation of Booking
Holiday cancellation cover is highly recommended. We recommend "Guest First". You can book on their website www.guestfirst.co.uk, by telephone on 0140 441 234, or we can supply you with a form.
If you have to cancel a confirmed booking and do not have appropriate cover then the charge for the cancellation is on the following scale:
- Cancellation received more than 8 weeks before commencement of the holiday - Deposit only.
- Cancellation received between 4 and 8 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday - 75% of total holiday cost.
- Cancellation received less than 4 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday - 100% of total holiday cost.
If you have taken out our cancellation plan, and the reason for cancellation is included in the cover, then the above charges will be paid by us, provided they are aware that you are booked with us, as the insurance company will then re-imburse us.
