Cancellation of Booking

We strongly recommend you take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance cover. Holiday Cancellation Insurance can be obtained at reasonable cost from World First.

If you have to cancel a confirmed booking our charge for cancellation is on the following scale:

• Cancellation received more than 8 weeks before commencement of the holiday - Deposit only.
• Cancellation received between 4 and 8 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday - 75% of total holiday cost.
• Cancellation received less than 4 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday - 100% of total holiday cost.
  

World First will arrange essential cover from one day to unlimited multi-trip annual cover for a year. As well as holiday cancellation insurance, they also offer packages for people with medical problems and operate their own in-house screening service.

Holiday cover from World First includes up to £5 million in medical expenses, options for loss of luggage, plus travel delay, personal liability and legal costs.
