The Cottage - 3 star	Sleeps 2 - 4 plus baby
	Lounge with views to north and north-west. TV, DVD player, radio/CD/cassette. Bathroom with bath and electric shower over. Shaver socket, towel warmer. Spacious porch with washer/drier, small freezer and boot/coat drier. Large and unusual garden with picnic table and clothes line. Parking space. Cot and high chair available on request.
Fully equipped kitchen and dining room with views to the islands. Cooker with ceramic hob, oven and grill. Fridge and microwave.		2 bedrooms - one double (ground floor), 1 twin (upstairs) with space for cot.
The Cottage is particularly good for 1 or 2 couples or families with 1 or 2 children plus baby. The beds upstairs can be pushed together if required. There is plenty of space upstairs for a cot. Access is fairly flat, only small steps, and suitable for wheelchair access up to 2'3" width. It adjoins our house but is completely separate and sound-proof. Convector heaters can be set on 24 hour timer. A selection of books, DVDs, games and lots of visitor information is provided. Electricity on £1 coin meter. Use of Games room, sauna and play area. Shaver socket, towel warmer. Porch with coat hanging and boot drier. Large, fully enclosed garden with picnic table and clothes line. One dog accepted. High chair available on request. Covered verandah. Parking space.
Living room, dual aspect with views to sea and islands. TV, DVD player, hi-fi.		2 bedrooms - one double, one with 2'6" bunks plus full-sized single bed. Not suitable for a cot.
Island View is especially good for a couple or a family with younger children. The verandah catches the sun most of the day. There is lots of space to play in the garden and a stile leads into the field. Convector heaters can be set on 24 hour timer. The Lodges have great views, even when you're sitting down, because of their elevated position and low lounge windows. They are spacious and comfortable with excellent insulation, so they are cosy at any time of year. Although externally semi-detached they were built totally separately apart from roof and exterior walls so that no sound carries from one to another. Heating can be operated as central heating or by individual heater. A selection of books, DVDs, games and lots of visitor information is provided. Electricity on £1 coin meter.
